The legacy of Nationwide Farm Bureau discounts
Nationwide was founded in 1925 as Farm Bureau Mutual by a group of Ohio Farm Bureau leaders. They were tired of paying city insurance rates to drive in the country, so they started their own insurance company. Nine state Farm Bureaus continue to work with us to provide discounts on auto insurance to their members.
How Farm Bureau discounts work
To earn a Nationwide Farm Bureau discount, you must be a dues-paying member in good standing with your local Farm Bureau. The discount is available in these states:
